About Sarah Whitefield

Hi neighbor, thanks for dropping by! I've lived in the Portland Metro area since I was nine years old. I grew up in Tigard, left for college in Washington state and upon my return to Oregon, I landed in NE Portland. Eventually, I made my way West and am currently living with my family in the Bethany neighborhood of Beaverton. The PNW is so special and I truly love where I live!

I have a true passion for people, service and homes. My background is with a degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University and prior to Real Estate, I was in restaurant management. I grew up with a bird's eye view of Real Estate being that my Dad was a REALTOR® since 1992 (he recently retired) and we began working together in 2007 when I decided to also get licensed. I'm a lucky lady to have a continued partnership with family. My sister, Amanda Brohman, has joined me in the biz and together we are BWP Realty Group.

Being the second of four children and having that "middle child mentality" has served me well in my career. I strive to have clear and constant communication and work hard to have positive results, not just for my clients, but ideally for all parties involved.

I love what I do. I'm helping people at a pivotal point in their life and assisting in navigating their real estate needs. Whether it be working with new construction, resale, lots and land, investment property or beyond, I feel so grateful to work with each of my clients!
